10th Day in Wuhan

Went over to the homestay where Patrik is to discuss our presentation for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. His homestay was really nice, i wish i would be the one staying there but then again, he's the only EP there with a Chinese family. I guess that must be tough for him, not being able to speak chinese and with no other EPs to talk to. This is also the first time where me and Siau Ling took a bus ride without any assistance from the LC. Its really amazing and how effective the public transport system in Wuhan can be compare to KL.

The house was really a mess and me and Siau Ling started to clean up the entire house, firstly sweeping, then mopping, and lastly cleaning the toilet. It was really tired and obviously not happy about it since we have to clean other people's mess. But then after all the cleaning, we finally are able to walk around the house bare foot. Not entirely clean but it will do, at least better than before.

Went out dinner with James (US), we can really talk non-stop and nothing gets done when we started talking. Its just so much different in US, the food, the legal system, the people, the living standards. They really have a good life in US, in my opinion compare to Malaysian. Yet, the things that they spend is much higher in price. Earn more spend more... We bought something that James had never seen or tried before when we were walking back to the Trainee House, Laici....He really loves it, he describe it having a taste of its own, and would really like to make a smoothie out of it. He even ask about durian too. I guess if we were going to buy that we would definitely need to buy a bigger knife and i might be able to open up a durian by myself for the first time in my life....Finally, shifted into James room because the weather is turning warm and no one will disturb me when i'm in the room sleeping.
